Meet Our Executive Director

Jacey Thornton She/They

Jacey has spent nearly two decades in the restaurant industry, but she followed her ambition to stand for the rights of the most marginalized and jumped into the non-profit sector. Leveraging her sales development background, Jacey is an effective non-profit developer. She is committed to creating healthy, equitable, and inclusive communities for all people. She has served on the board of directors for Transgender Education Advocates of Utah, co-founded Flourish Bakery, and most recently has been working with Journey of Hope as the Economic Empowerment Lead and a Community Health Worker. She and her wife are the proud mommas of 3 kids and 2 Goldendoodles. Jacey loves nothing more than spending time with her family and friends - especially if it involves good food, music, and playing outside!
