About Project Rainbow Utah

What We Do

On significant dates throughout the year, we stake rainbow flags at “host” homes and businesses to create community-wide displays of LGBTQ+ love and acceptance. Our flag campaigns include Utah Pride Week, Transgender Day of Visibility, Transgender Day of Remembrance, and Southern Utah Pride Week. We also create large flag displays in public places to educate communities on the experience of the LGBTQ+ community. Funds raised by donations from flag hosts are given out through our Community Fund to fund organizations, projects and events that further increase LGBTQ+ support and visibility throughout Utah.

 Our Purpose, Mission and Values

Project Rainbow Utah was founded as a 501(c)(3) organization in 2018 to create widespread, visible demonstrations of community love and support for LGBTQ+ individuals.  We exist to uplift queer people.
